1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team at info@craftybina.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  4. Processing Returns: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the faulty item and offer a full refund or exchange. You do not need to cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will process the exchange upon receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and any price differences between the items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or clearance items marked as “final sale”
